This large modernist herringbone by the textile designer Elise is shown for the first time in the exhibition L'art au foyer on the Djo-Bourgeois stand that Elise designed with her architect husband in 1928. It plays with colors and presents large vertical stripes. Reinterpreted in jacquard, it is woven with elegant pearlescent threads in the Pierre Frey workshops in northern France.
