Misty shades in the finest sheers and semi-sheers, some of them in a wide width, are created from soft luxury yarns - cashmere, mohair and couture-quality lambs-wool. Airy plains, some with a bouclé yarn, others with a subtle shimmer, woven on specialist intricate looms by master craftsmen are finished to perfection. They are joined by subtle monochrome paisleys, in sheer or semi-sheer weights, and a translucent jacquard in a stylised ikat pattern to compose this cool and covetable collection.
The interplay between a tightly woven and pierced structure in contrasting shimmering silk and soft matt wool creates a contemporary ikat motif. The pattern is further revealed when draped against the light or gently moved by a breeze at the window.
